Confluent Technology Group is a CATV sales and repair/service center located in Sikeston, Missouri. Formerly a division of Galaxy Cablevision, Confluent is now independently owned and operated. Mark Anderson, a former member of Galaxy's management team, started the repair center in 1988. The facility served exclusively as a repair facility for Galaxy Cablevision's systems until being purchased by Mr. Anderson in 2001. Collectively, the members of the Confluent Technology Group Technical Team represent over 100 years of CATV sales and service experience. Under this new ownership, Confluent Technology Group is now looking to build new relationships with other cable operators.
Because of our history as a cable operator, we at Confluent are careful to make customer service our main priority. Our goal is to provide the best service at the best prices to customers within our service region. To do this, we offer a free pick up service that will arrive on a four-week schedule, or as needed. Every repaired piece must undergo the industry's toughest quality control process before it is returned.
Our equipment ovens bake equipment at temperatures of 115 degrees Fahrenheit to simulate harsh summer conditions. Each piece is tested for 24 hours in a climate controlled environment (115 degrees Fahrenheit) with power applied. Additionally, all product repairs are returned with no charge ground shipping, as well as a 6 month comprehensive warranty. Please note that prices shown in our rate plan represent the total cost to the customer; we never surprise the operator with hidden costs for water or rodent damage.
To better meet our customers' needs, we are proud to announce that we currently have over 100,000 square feet of warehouse space being occupied by our new and refurbished inventory. We offer many models of headend, distribution and test equipment, as well as the latest in EAS equipment.
