Return Policy

At Confluent Technology Group, we understand that issues may arise from time to time. Our goal is to resolve them as quickly and easily as possible.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of the date you received your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns after this period.

Most items may be returned, with a few exceptions:

  • COVID-related products

  • Health and beauty aids

  • Hazardous materials

Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at 573-471-6700.

Have your order number ready when calling, or include it in your email along with the reason for the return.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Returns that are not due to our error will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they leave our warehouse.
To cancel, call us at 573-471-6700 and speak with a live agent.

Once cancelled, refunds are processed within 2 business days. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

 

Refunds

All refunds are subject to approval upon inspection of returned items. Approved refunds will be applied to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items that are received damaged or defective, as long as you contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

To request an exchange please contact us at 573-471-6700.

Include your order number and a description of the issue. Once we receive your returned item, we will send a replacement.

 

Mailing Instructions

Please return items using the original packaging. Products must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In their original manufacturer’s packaging

Include all original materials (e.g., cords, accessories, and warranty cards). If you are not using a prepaid label from us, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked shipments.
