We pride ourselves on efficient, accurate repairs at competitive prices. If a unit requires repairs that exceed a reasonnable cost, we'll provide a formal quote and request your approval before proceeding.

All equipment repairs are backed by a 6-month warranty from the date of repair. This warranty covers defects related to workmanship, parts, and overall quality of the repair. Please note: The warranty does not cover damage caused by power surges, liquid exposure, misuse, or acts of God.
At Confluent Technology Group, we follow a rigorous post-repair process to ensure long-term reliability. Every repaired unit-whether distribution or headend-is "cooked" for a minimum of 12 hours with power applied in a pre-heated oven set to 155°F.
Each item then undergoes full testing according to the manufacturer's specifications by a dedicated Quality Control Bench Technician, independent from the original repair process.
