DSV-42 Band Separator
Condition: New
Product Overview
Blonder Tongue’s DSV-42 is a high-performance RF band separator (diplexer) designed to combine or separate two distinct frequency bands in coaxial RF distribution systems. It splits signals between the DC–42 MHz sub-band and the 54–1000 MHz main band, making it useful in CATV, broadband, LAN, or sub-channel return applications. Internal filters provide low insertion loss and high isolation between bands, allowing reliable frequency management while minimizing interference and preventing overload of active equipment.
Key Features
Designed to combine or separate DC–42 MHz and 54–1000 MHz bands for RF distribution systems
Low insertion loss and high isolation provide signal integrity and reduced interference
Ideal for sub-split and bi-directional applications such as sub-channel return over shared coax
Compact, rugged construction suitable for headend, MDU, or commercial installations
Three-port diplexer with 75 Ω impedance; F-type connectors standard
